A DIFFERENT CURE FOR ANXIETY
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (Gen. 1:1) Living in such a technological age we forget the power, the splendor and the overwhelming sovereignty of the Almighty Creator. He is the Creator of all things past, present and future, seen and unseen, big, small, microscopic and all in between. What does this mean??? It means that when I consider that the Father has created Jupiter and Saturn, surely I should know my problems are well within His ability. When I look upon Everest and Kilimanjaro and contemplate their mighty peaks and vast expanse, without question the power of our Wonderful God must become all the more impressive. More amazing still, is whether mountain, planet, ant or grasshopper our Great God oversees all creation with ease. It is no strain and requires little to no effort for The Mighty God to supervise all galaxies, solar systems and the entire universe. Let us not forget even the Lord Jesus conquered death. Why worry when this Humongous, Magnificent, Creator has the life of His children in the palm of His Omnipotent, All Powerful Hand?
Today, think about the Glory of God, the Power of His Son, and The Beautiful Holy Spirit and rest assured that The God who guides the universe can handle our problems, remedy our situations and calm our fears as easily as breathing the entire universe into existence.
